Operations Analyst

Do you consider yourself an Excel / Google Sheets wizard and enjoy taking a deep dive into data? In this role, you’ll regularly perform complex data analysis and reporting. This role is perfect for an individual interested in economics, technology, and media buying. 

You will be responsible for evaluating and optimizing campaigns across multiple verticals, and will have a direct impact on company profitability through your close attention to marketplace trends and quick action to seize opportunities that maximize growth. 

This is an in-person role at our office in American Fork, UT.

What you will do: 

• Ownership and optimization of lead generation campaigns
• Manage, evaluate, and optimize campaign performance using key metrics including quality, traffic volume, margin, and supply/demand opportunities
• Report previous day’s stats including adjustments, using data to provide insight and analytics
• Maintain knowledge of business systems and products relevant to the role
• Build and maintain an intimate knowledge of performance marketing industry to identify trends and opportunities
• Act as a liaison between business units and understand their priorities and needs
• Ad-hoc special projects

Who you are & what makes you qualified

• A clear communicator
• Strong statistical analysis skills, proficiency with Excel and SQL
• Ability to perform in-depth data analysis and communicate reports to relevant stakeholders
• Exceptional sense of organization and attention to detail
• Ability to to meet deadlines and unexpected situations and/or requests

Nice to have: 

• A related degree preferred, such as finance, business, math, or economics.

Compensation will be determined by factors including knowledge and skills, role-specific qualifications, and experience.

Salary Range:  $40,000 - $50,000
